Write some Software for Custom eCommerce Site

I have a project to create a custom eCommerce site. The product line is narrow but requires special features and standard eCommerce packages don't seem to work. For example, look at http://www.zennioptical.com/ where they sell eyeglasses and have custom options for customers to upload photo, display glasses on the photo, select product options, etc. I need someone who can do something like that by customizing WordPress + WooCommerce, or something similar. Basically this are the features needed, in the order that a customer would go through to place an order. 1) Customers enter their home address, we check their zip code against our database to see if the service is available in their area. 2) Then, customers choose products and options, and add to the shopping cart 3) One of the options is to select the location to install the product. Need to be able to locate the customer address on Google Maps, then grab the top-view picture of the house, let them mark the location to install on the roof, then push the image into the database as part of the order. This is probably the hardest feature. Other options are easy e.g. color. 4) Then, Customers go to check out, which starts with choosing the day for installation in the calendar. Need to keep track of availability in the database. This is a service booking problem with half day granularity. 5) Then, Customers enter their payment information 6) Then, Customers review the order summary and submit.
