Hi!! we want someone who can develop a simple software solution for our planning shipping. In short, we have several customers orders from many cities or neighbors and we want to group it in as many loads as possible. the constraints that the loads have to satisfy are three : 1/ Not more than 3 customers 2/the volume load has to be between 28 m3 and 32 m3 3/the percentage cost have to be less than 10% (%cost = cost transport/ turnover load). We are currently working with excel file exported from our IS sage and obviously want interfaced system with the planning shipping software.
