Write some Software

Needed: I need to hire two to four programmers/marketers/web experts that are professional in Web marketing, software/web programming and also have experience with graphics and affiliate campaigns. There is many other fields that need to be fulfilled. So I need a few people that are well versed in professional web practices. One of the people that are hired will be the project manager to make sure that the team is kept on task. I want to hire hourly to begin with and if all complete the tasks efficiently then we can talk about salary. You must be available to talk to [not on hourly wage] to tell you what I want done, and when working on the task then hourly wage starts. You will have to do all the research and problem solving on your own time. I will only pay when you are actually working on the task, any preliminary ideals is on your own time. I do not mind paying bonuses for awesome work and efficiency. As I want to give some incentive to complete my tasks. All of the tasks will be small, so giving 1-4 hours to complete. Anything from programming a simple program to a web script or maybe simple logos and graphics. So that's why I said you will need to be well versed in many fields. REQUIRED: You must be able to create 1 sample of my choosing. It will be a tiny example requested. This is an ongoing contract and will last for 1 to 3 months to begin with. If all goes well, it will become full-time work.
