Write an iPhone native application with php backend and mysql database.

Need a native iOS application which connects to a mysql database and has a php admin backend. Easily customizable. Basically an iPhone app which is able to upload an expense receipt from camera/gallery and is uploaded to mysql database with information like, invoice date, vendor, total amount, total tax. There must be a user management system, where I'm able to see which user uploaded which invoice. And an admin panel on php backend website where i can manage the uploaded invoices and see and make changes if required. Here are the details. -create iOS native app which connects to mysql database -ios app features must include, image upload with relevant information about the uploading invoice., In app , user upload history. Login management. Need to login once and not every time. Notify the admin with notification when a user uploads an invoice. - An admin panel on the iOS app where the admin is able to see the total amount spent , by day, month and year according to user uploads. Admin must be able to get tax reports by date, where admin can search between dates for tax total according to user uploads. - a web php based backend where the admin can manage the uploads. - website/ admin php backend should be able to send notifications to users via application. - website/admin php backend should also include a dashboard , where the admin can see the total expenses by day, month and year. and see the uploaded invoices , which user uploaded it. and also include tax report by date range search. and maybe export to excel spreadsheet. THE APP /WEBSITE MUST INCLUDE ALL FEATURES.
