Wordpress plugin that convert a post to video slideshow on publish!

Hello,

Looking for a developer to develop a Wordpress plugin that convert a post to video slideshow (in mp4 format) on publish.

This needs to to be automated and simple and works as follows:

- Human writes a wp post with photo and simple format.

- on save (publish), the plugin converts the post to a mp4 slide show video with the photo of the post as background and the formatted text as a slide show.

- the video auto generated and saved in some folder.
