As a delivery service provider, I am seeking a proficient web developer to create a robust program augmenting my daily operations. This program will accommodate multiple routes, ideally from 100 to 200 del8veries, with allowance to frequently add or remove stops. Static starting and ending points are an essential trait of this program, maintaining high flexibility to reconfigure the routes as needed.
Key Features needed:
- Route configuration based on time: Prioritizing time-effectiveness, the successful have skills in developing route algorithms integrated to time-based parameters.
- Customer Notifications: Being client-oriented, the program should be able to send alerts or notifications to customers related to their orders.
- Route Optimization: Skills in location-based services and map integrations will be crucial to develop functionality that helps to determine the most efficient routes.
- Real-time Tracking: A feature enabling real-time tracking of delivery status to both customers and us as the service provider would add to the efficiency.
Therefore programmers with a proficient background in web development and implementation of mapping services, route optimization algorithms and real-time functionalities will be preferred for this project. Familiarity with customer notification integrations would also be a plus.
