Hi there, The requirements are quite clear and straightforward to implement so no questions really. Obviously, I need the finer details of the mapping between db and pdf form fields. As far as I can see after running some tests the pdf files has owner passwords. For that we're going to use qpdf to decrypt them initially. The next step is using pdftk we're going to export an fdf to see the field names used on the form. Then we're going to map the database fields to form fields using those names. We need to follow these steps for each form only once. After the mapping is ready for a certain form we can easily fill it creating new files with different values, as many as you need. I'm not sure how many different forms are there to process but as a ballpark figure I think I can handle quite some in 10 days. I am planning to use php7.2 and mysql5.7 for the development. Hello, => The performance of a web app is firstly and highly affected by the DB operations it carries, so when using a framework, I ensure that its DB library does not restrict me to write the queries that will run faster, I go for custom queries in such cases. Then further, we can implement the server-side cache for media assets to enhance the performance. => The best approach is to develop the features in an atomic manner i.e. the elementary operations should be done by individual methods so that we can write the clean test cases using any testing framework. I have a C# desktop program that maps PDF form fields to database columns. It displays records from database and fill and saved the selected records to pdf files. Even though my program targets Excel database. I can extend it to any database. I have reviewed the pdf file you posted. For auto-filling, you must provide the information which form field to map to which database column by their names. A program can pull up all form field names in the PDF files but in the pdf example, the form fields are named 'FillText141', 'CheckBox101', etc. You are facing a slight problem since these names are not meaningful at all. You can't identify the email field by its name. To overcome this program without using Adobe Pro, I can write a short program to display the names over the corresponding fields so then you can map let say 'FillText24' to your database email column. If you can provide more sample pdfs and which database you are using, i can analyze it further for the best solution for you. I have been a software developer for 18 years and became a freelancer 7 years ago even though I am new to this site. I hope to discuss with you further. Thanks.
