web and android app for Tracking and enrollemtn

We want a web and android app with following feature: Phase I A. Online/Offline School Enrollment form B. Online/Offline Student Enrolment form Field Executive 1. Register himself as Executive and start using the app once an admin approves him as executive. On registration admin should be notified. 2. Fill detail of visit like MOM, Time of visit, Person Name and Phone Number, Deal? 3. On save click it system should capture co-ordinates as well. Manager 1. Register himself as Manager and start using the app once an admin approves him as manager. On registration admin should be notified. 2. He should have all the rights what an executive can perform so that he could also visit himself if required. 3. He should be notified who visited where once the executive saves any record. 4. Should be able to lock (with remarks) the account of any executive and admin should be notified about it. 5. Should be able to log daily status. Admin 1. He should have all the rights what an executive or manager can perform. 2. He should be able to approve any registration request made by executive or manager. 3. Should be able to see detail report of each executive and manager. 4. Should be able to lock (with remarks) the account of any executive and manager. Phase II Field Executive He should receive notification about the list of schools that he needs to visit for the day. He should be able to see the list of schools/places to visit for the day. System should also have provision to show the school/place on the map and should be able to navigate from his current place. He should be able to update/add the list of schools/places to visit for the day. System should capture audit log and should also so it together. He should be able to chat with manager. He should be able to chat with admin directly by bypassing his manager. Manager He should be able to push the list of schools/places (if any) to the field executive for the day. He should receive notification about the list of schools that he needs to visit for the day. He should be able to see the list of schools/places to visit for the day. System should also have provision to show the school/place on the map and should be able to navigate from his current place. He should be able to see the list of tasks (if any) that needs to be done for the day. He should receive notification if any executive update/add the list. He should be able to chat with admin. He should be able to chat and receive notification of chat if the executive reply/initiate conversation. Admin He should be able to push the list of schools/places to the manager for the day. Manager He should be able to perform action (Approve, Reject, Query) on the submitted expense by field executive. He should be able to receive notification once any field executive answer any query on any expense what he had queried. He should be able to submit his expense with attachment.
