We need help with an old WordPress website showing 503 errors. The site had about 2-3h on and off of 503 errors due to too many database calculations. Also, upon a health check we have two issues showing: - Background updates: A plugin has prevented updates by disabling wp_version_check(). - Loopback request: The loopback request returned an unexpected status code, 500, this may affect tools such as WP_Cron, or theme and plugin editors. They might be the reason for 503 errors. If you can help us with this fix asap with the potential for further work ongoing please apply now. Thank you.

Will ftp into backend if admin console is unavailable, turn on error logging and identify the plugin/theme that is causing the issue or if it’s a query problem with the database I will identify if changes are needed to the server.
