MAGENTO EXPERIENCED COMPANY: First and foremost - We are offering a premium price for a standard project. We are doing this to get premium and priority service for our project. If you do not have the capacity and the will to start the project immediately and complete the project in a specific period of time, please do not bid. No bids will be considered with out a timeline for each section of the project. We are looking for a professional, expedient company that will offer "no excuses" service and that already has all the personnel, tools, equipment and software required and in place, including Magento migration development software subscriptions, to implement the below tasks . Good communication and integrity is vital. We are interested in a company that will start the project immediately and will manage and complete this project in the contracted time. Please do not bid if you are too busy to start and finish the project without delays. Timeline: Our preference is to have this completed within 10 days. If it is completed or near completion within a 10 day time-frame then we will pay an additional $100 bonus on top of the awarded contract price. However, we need this project to be finished within 14 days- MAXIMIUM. PLEASE do not bid on the project if you are unable to complete the upgrade in that period of time. The Project: 1. URGENT: Our server has been cluttered with years of remnants of previous upgrades and installations. Although our website and database only uses approximately 60% of our server space, 98% is being used. This is the immediate priority - clean up files and unneeded data on our server. Please provide a timeline for this to be completed in your bid. 2. Upgrade existing site from 1.9 to latest version Magento 2 and install all comparable existing modules (M2E, Facebook, Currency conversion, canonical link, Social media module, SEO modules- Cost of extensions separate). Also need to "clean up" the design to update the look but DO NOT want an entirely new cosmetic design as we want to have a common thread of the look of our site. Please provide a timeline for this to be completed in your bid. 3. Lastly, we would like recommendations for additional Magento modules that will benefit sales, speed and SEO for the site. Our hope is to find the company to whom we can build a professional and straight forward relationship with so that we may delegate and assign future work to on all of our sites.
