Update Wordpress Woocommerce site with custom order functions

I have a site based on Wordpress with custom template. There is a order page, where user can calculate his final price and order. The order is written to database and an email is sent to the customer.
What I need is a back end for the customers - to be able to log in, to see the orders they have placed, to see what order status they have.
I also need a back end for employees who handle these orders. They wont see the order until it is assigned to them by admin.
All these must be separate from the wordpress login. I also need the accounts to be secured (its still wordpress) so no one can easily hack it through the form or the user accounts.
I managed to get the whole functionality by combining Woocommerce and User roles plugins. What I need is to modify the whole thing to work as I need. Most of the options are already available in Woocommerce, just need little tweaking.
The order form functionality must stay as it is.
Please see the attached document for exact description. I tried to describe it to the detail, so do not be surprised by its size, the actual modifications are not that major. The design does not actually match the shown pictures, its just for imagination, for example order overview and details are in Woocommerce already.
Please bid only if you really know PHP and can make own code! This all might be done by plugins, but you must know how to modify them and how to connect them to final product.
