Extract user ids of users from one group and add to other group, where we have to enfix the mute bot so that if any user try to message there they automatically get muted, only admin have the power to message

Hey, I have read your requirement and would like to share that extracting members and their IDs wont be a difficult task and the dump of the same will be provided to you. However, problem lies in adding them forcefully into another group/channel wherein if you add more than 30 members at a time, telegram will block your number.
