We have an outdated auction application for live in-room auctioneering as well as an online component with streaming video through a CDN. It was developed 4 years ago. We need it to be refreshed. There are 4 levels of user -- super admin, admin1, admin2 and client. The Super admin is able to approve clients for bidding and set configs, as well as all the functions of admin1. Admin 2 can open the in-room bid screens -- the ticker screen (which is shown in the room -- in a new browser tab) + auctioneers screen and and the pictures screen which match each lot. The whole site/app was written in PHP (with sprites), CSS and Javascript to MySQL. The code is mostly undocumented. We also need the front-end of the application re-skinned -- some of the components need to removed and some additional features need to be added -- like statistics and invoicing. That's the gist.
