RSS Posts open on a iframe with topbar

Hi, I'm using the RSS Aggregator plugin and the Post to Feed addon. I want to do the same as you can see on the site [login to view URL] They also use the same plugin, and the RSS posts open under a iframe with a top bar. Facts: 1 - I do not wish to have the RSS posts content fetch on my site, just the featured image and the title. 2 - The title and image shall have a link to the post source. 3 - The link must open on a iframe with a top bar similar to the one that you can check on the example website. Note: the example website as a cookie top bar, in order to see the top bar I'm refering you need to close the cookies top bar. Please note that I'm not looking for a cookie bar solution. If you check the top bar, you'll see that it also has a menu. I've recorded a small video so that you can see the behavior I'm looking for and the top bar I need.
