Prestashop integration with Microsoft NAV

Background for the project. We are 2 companies that are working together. Company 1: Intersport, which has a physical store and has all the products in stock. Company 2: [login to view URL] witch run an online store. [login to view URL] buy products from Intersport at cost price. Step 1: In order to display the right number and sizes that are in Intersports warehouse we need to integrate the webshop to Intersports ERP system and pull the stock data from the FTP server. Each product has a unick EAN number for each size or color. So we need to link the products on the webshop to the EAN number of the product in the ERP database on the FTP. We only need to pull the stock value from each EAN, and the cost price. The product count is updated every 15 minutes and uploaded in a new file on the FTP. Prestashop already support EAN on each size or color of a product. But it is very time consuming to put the EAN number on a size or color, so we need to make it easy to put the EAN number for each size. Step 2 When we make a sale on the webshop we need to let the ERP know that a product should be removed from the stock and send a bonfile. But there is a risk that the product is already sold in the Intersport-shop. Therefore it could be a solution to make the generating of the bonfile a manual action from the backend. So once a day you click of the orders that is okay to send to the ERP in a bulk action, or put a button on all orderpage that can be activate when an order is ready to be shipped. But the ERP is made so that it need 2 files to complete the removal of stock and to make a invoice from Intersport to [login to view URL] for buying the product. Therefore, we also need to generate a salesfile. I think that it is easier to send both files at the same time, because when we check of the bonfile we know the product is there and we can go on and make the salesfile and send it at the same time. Because [login to view URL] buy the products to cost price from Intersport. We need to send that price in the salesfile and not the retailprice that the customer pay to the ERP. Therefor when we pull the stock value of a product we also need to get the cost price. The easiest way would be that the webshop generate the bonfile and salesfile when a order in the webshop is market as shipped. So the most important in the integration is: Make it easy to add EAN number to each size or color in the backend. Pull stock value and cost-price from each EAN number and display it in Prestashop. Send the Bonfile and salesfile to the ERP system containing the costprice when a order is marked as shipped.
