PHP - read Word and Excel, write to PDF

I need to create a script in php to read all files with MS Word extension and MS Excel within a folder, do a search on a table in a mysql database, create a header only for MS Excel files and save files read in .pdf MS Word files are ready, just read the contents, seek ID in the corresponding database to a number contained in the file name, and writes them in pdf changing the beginning of the file name for the ID number. The files in MS Excel should be read (there is content only on the first tab), get some information in the database table based on a numbering contained in the file, create a header and save the file in PDF, changing the beginning of the name file with the ID number found. There may be conflicts with the numeration contained in the archives. If there is a conflict, the file must contain all of the conflicting search headers and file name must contain the other conflicting IDs, plus a configurable phrase in in. Should be written to another folder called "conflict." The first conflicting file should be saved the same file for all IDs with the letter A after the ID. The next conflicting file should also be recorded the same file for all IDs, but with the letter B and so on.
