PHP / MySQL registration and login using a template

Looking for a PHP / MySQL programmer to create a registration and login script. Registration and login script should include basic validation, ex - properly formatted email addresses, not allow empty input, etc. On successful login, cookies and / or sessions should detect a user logged in. There should also be a logout button/link that kills the session or deletes a login cookie. Deliverables include a MySLQ database schema, login and registration html templates, and php code that works on newer versions of php > 5.6+ and MySQL > 5+. I'll provide a skeleton template based on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] template. Please let me know how long you expect this to take and when you can start either in your bid or private message. Also would like to know about your programming experience that is related to this project. This is part of a larger project that has additional programming needed. With that said, not interested in a full blown MVC or templating system. However, do want to keep php/html/css/js separate as much as possible. Milestone payment, ~50%, on demonstration of successful registration and login, ex - show a "Login successful" message, use a print_r to display the login cookie/session. Remaining milestone payment after I successfully install on my server.
