PHP - Generate Report using a long table – with some sorting….

This is a custom made PHP system for training.
First row in the table must pull all the modules from the company table that the user is currently accessing, and using these ID numbers, it must pull all the names of these modules from the module table and display them.
Next row must start listing all the employees of the select company, checking the user table to see if the module is assigned to that user, if not then a N/A is displayed, then if the module is assigned to that user, it checks the exam table to see if it has been completed successfully, if it has, it displays the date of expiry, if it hasn’t been completed, it marks it with an X for not complete.
Features:
- Must be exportable to CSV
- Must be sortable with following options:
o To have the report only show modules with a status = 1 in the module table
o To have the report only show modules with a real = 1 in the module table
