PDF order form with invoicing attached

I have a pdf catalog with all of my products. I want my sales team to be able to click on the part number and the information populate at the bottom on another "order form" page. One the sales guy has chosen all the parts, he needs to be able to scroll down and select the quantities for each item selected and the order form needs to populate pricing with a total at the bottom. Under the total there needs to be a submit button which downloads the Invoice page so the sales person can email it.
