a page need be created -- 2

I have a membership system in my website. Once you are logged in , the below page (screen shot) appears ,showing a link button portal. When a user presses portal he or she should be taken to THE PAGE(you will create) showing downloadable links, specific to the user. Example, in my member mysql table, there is a field “class_role”. This field has values, 1,2,3,……12 (grade of a student). When a user is logged in, the system knows his class role. So this portal should go to the specific folder. So grade 3 student should see only grade 3 materials and so on. For your convenience, I will create folders, g1,g2,….,g12 in the server root folder. I want a page like the above showing user info.
