Optimize one-page-checkout page WooCommerce

For a webshop we bought the one-page-checkout module of WooCommerce. We use the Jupiter theme however the template of the one-page-checkout is not opimized. There is a new design for this one-page-checkout and this needs to be made a.s.a.p.
Summary:
- Change one-page-checkout template in Woocommerce according to the new optimized webdesign
- Add USP's row
- Add option user's can register the product + data needs to be available in order confirmation mail
- Translate some buttons from english to dutch language
- When people ad product to shopping cart they need to directly redirected to one-page-checkout page
- Everything needs to be perfectly accessible on mobile, desktop and tablet
- Option to register for an account on the webshop
