Online Photo Editor Application

Hi,

May i ask whether any company is able to develop an online photo editor (web) applications?

These application will allow users to edit their own photos.

Below are the project specifications:

1) Allow users to browse in (upload) their own image into the application for customization

2) Several categories of cliparts are provided for the users to choose from

3) Users able to choose the cliparts that they want and drag them onto their image

4) Users are allowed to rotate and resize the clipart images/ texts

5) Allow users to delete off their clipart images

5) After customizing, users can download the image

6) Able to save the image into the users desktop

Additional features:

1) share with friends/ Refer to friends function

2) others

Furthermore, i would be glad if any company is able to provide me with ready made templates to client who has limited budget.

I am willing to select from the templates that are available.

If possible, please provide me with an estimation cost for the application and give me a quote for it.
