Customize the HR/Employee section to add a new TAB for tracking health insurance data and link to a one to many table to show who is covered under that insurance.
The top part of the tab is one (or more) lines that’ll cover these items (view image to understand).
#1 – a Yes/No or check box.
#2 – Date field
#3 – Coverage is a dropdown to select one of the following: Plan A, Plan B, Plan C
#4 is a related list (one to many) where when you click on “Add new…” another screen will require:
Status: Dropdown to select one of the following: Employee, Spouse, Dependent
Name: Text box
DOB: date of birth
Date Coverage Starts: date field
Notes: text box
