Need someone to change user interface of my website

here's my website http://www.exportmatic.com. Right now, it looks too much like alibaba.com. I want someone to change its user interface so that it should look little different. So, mimimal changes, like if you guys can make left sidebar (categories) different, it should display little differently. Than, that can e one option.
I am open for suggestions. It got to look different than alibaba.com. Also, the banners will not be relocated to some other place. Those will remain there.
So, i need genius from you, who dont change much on website and in the end, i get different interface from what is there right now.
so, let me know your suggestions, how you are planning to do it.
