I need a freelancer to work on my website, one who can take directions well and who I can depend on. I am a very picky person, and I am looking for someone who can provide good value and good service and be dependable for me to contact here and there for occasional things to do. I do not like it when people are lazy or take too much time or cannot listen to directions well.
Right now I need some things done on my website. I will attach a word document that will give you an idea of things I need done, but not the exact things yet. I want you to look through #1 - #4 and give me a quote on how much it would cost you and how long it would take you to complete (an estimate). You must state those things in the application message or you will not be considered. Generic responses will not be considered.
Also if you have an hourly rate and want to work by hourly rate, let me know your estimated time of completion and cost per hour. Otherwise make offer by project.
