i need Expert DATA SCRAPING + Alerts

I need to extract the data from 5 web pages, make daily updates and generate reports based on keywords. The websites are properties and I want to generate a group of keywords to know when a new property is available in any of the sites. I want an excel with all the normalized information of all the sites in the same template and each property add the link to search it. Also, I need a form to be able to create group of keywords so that I receive alerts to the mail every time there is a new update. Finally, I want to extract all the addresses and place them in the google maps, either from a group of keywords or neighborhoods Must See Attachment first than bid and write on your bid (I Agree) if you don't write this you bid will be rejected
