Our Vegan travel website - The Veganary needs some alterations.

Our website was built on wordpress with the help of custom field plugins.
The most important part of the website are the 67 different country pages. These pages were built as tabs and not as pages, making it hard for us to optimize them separately for SEO.
Each country has 9 different categories, each one of these should be transferred from the tab to its own page, so that our yoast premium plugin will able to recognize all the content. Meaning each country would have 9 different pages (instead of tabs).
The design and functionality should all be left untouched.
