I need to change the layout of the author / contributor pages for example [login to view URL] The layout that i need is shown as below [login to view URL] and the instructions layout-instructions. All the images needed are attached.

When a user registers as an author on the site they will complete the registration. The fields that are missing need to be added to the registration form and programmed for this page also, such as Location, linkedIn and Twitter account of user.
