modification on my affiliate system

I need some changes to an existing website. I have an affiliate system and i need to modified it. The detail is like below 1-this system currently accept payment using paypal to pay the affiliate commission but to process the payment need to be manually done. I want to modified it to be fully automated and the payment for affiliates is process instantlyonce their refferals pays the packages 2- i want to add a function where all members can upload pictures in their members portal and the pictures uploaded by all members will be put in a single album based on daily and posted in a new page in teh websiteThe member portal is already in the system. I just need to add the upload picture function. the daily album that contains all the pictures uploaded by the members will also be uploaded automatically to a facebook page album every day. admin can set what time this action will be trigger and admin will need to approved 1st on every pictures uploaded by the members before publishing it. 3- now in the affiliates system, members can view all levels of the geneology/ their netwrk tree. I want it to be modified so the members can only see their 1st client details only and not all the client in their tree 4-the rest is very minor like delete and change text in the website Please do not bid if your budjet is more than the budjet i quote Thanks
