Make changes to video app for iOS and Android

These are the codes I have:

I need to change the way this app works in the following ways (iOS and Android):
+ Have the user login with Facebook or Instagram
+ Have the app so that only 1 user can upload videos, all other users are just following the 1 that can upload, they cannot upload too
+ The users need to pay to watch the videos with coins
+ To earn coins the users can watch adverts or pay with real money
+ The users must be notified when the main user uploads a video
+ Reskin the app to look different (I already have my own designer who can provide designs)
Please talk to me first about this if you are unsure on anything above.
I have the code for Android and iOS so both are needed.
The app needs to be ready before the end of next week.
Also the 1 user that uploads videos need to be able to do it from the app.
