Magento Voucher Shop (customization and design for Group Deals extension)

Hello, we need to hire a freelancer that will help us to configure and customize the group deals extension for Magento to our needs. Also a design that will match our expectations would need to be part of the project. The freelancer should be familiar with marketplaces, the groupon concept, pay pal payments and an expert in Magento. Having expertise with the Group Deals extension would be an advantage. The concept will be similar to [login to view URL] or foodpanda.com. The customer enters the website via entering der Country / Area code. Then they can see all vouchers in their region, assigned to certain categories. The customer can then select these vouchers and buy them via pay pal in our shop. In a merchant login the merchants can create a small shop and offer their vouchers there, assign them to categories, age etc. an maintain their offers anytime in a comfortable way. As most of the functions are already working in the Group Deals extension is is mostly customization work and we need help with basic design, install and configure a template and customize it to our preferred colors. At the end website testing for bugs across all major browsers and mobile devices is needed. During the 3 weeks development time we would like to have at least every second day a short review to discuss and document actions etc. The full list of deliverables is in the attached specification document. We expected a total work effort of around 70 hours for an experienced Magento developer.
