Looking for a Wordpress & html 4 expert, I have a Wordpress template that needs to be optimised for mobile and correct responsive sizes according to my mockup there is also a problem with an html 4 scrolling effect that needs to be fixed on multiplatfor web and mobile browsers. If you don't have vast experience in html 4 or Wordpress you won't be able to fix these issues. Must have what's app for easy communication.
