Locate and Fix issues causing high CPU use on our Cpanel Server

Seeking a competent individual to locate and fix website errors leading to high cpu usage on our cpanel server. Recently migrated to this server and have had a few issues since then. Bulk of site is coded in php, also have an instance of WP running for our blog.
As part of the contract, provider will need to provide a brief report of work completed, errors (or types of errors) located, and how errors were corrected. Goal is to inform our designers and prevent issues from being coded into future site updates.
