To develop the leads dispersement application using the google apps script, zapper, google sheets etc.,
The system to have the following main features:
a. To disperse the leads to the clients via email.
b. Track the activities in google sheets
Once user registers on the site and purchases leads, the system will email
the Leads to the registered email address.
When the min lead remaining is 5 leads, a notification email to be sent to the user
prompting them to purchase more leads.
Jotform integration with google sheets. Submitted details are stored in the google sheets.
Clients information to be pulled in from the Stripe - using the zap for the stripe triggered actions.
To develop the google app script to handle all the backend logic.
Script checks for new leads that are not sent. (to run every X minutes / hours)
If leads exist, it looks up the client table for checking who has unused leads remaining.
Will send an Email using the gmail API for each client.
Leads are to be categorised into Qualified vs Unqualified.
Clients will be in Main List, Qualified list and receive the leads accordingly.
Reporting / Analytics: (Transactions)
To track clients spend $, purchased leads, etc.,
Aggregate of each client, totals etc.,
monthwise, yearwise, week wise filtering option
The financial data and client data to be pulled from Stripe.
Approx time to complete the project: 30 - 35 days
