Joomla Install, Theme Configuration, and Updates

We have just installed a theme on a subdomain, and the basic requirements of this project are, upgrade the Joomla version, ensure the theme components and modules are working with the latest version, including the admin Azura PageBuilder. Then, configure the site to match an existing brochure site. Articles can be stored into a Single section and category, we will edit later. Scope of Work 1. Upgrade to Latest Joomla Version 2. Verify theme is working with the latest joomla version. Update any modules and components being used by the theme to the latest version, including modules and components in the administrator section. 3. Modify theme to be the same structure as an existing site to be provided, in terms of menu items, content and layout. Background images are not necessary. All articles can be put in one category, we will modify and assign to correct categories later. Note that the original theme was intended to be a one page theme, this site will be more than one page design 4. On the home page, there is a quote request form, and a system that has been built. Keep the form functions but modify the css to match the theme. 5. Create a Module to display three columns of links, as shown on a website to be provided.
