Basically I would like a Java bot creating that connects to a mySQL database and pulls the bots configuration. The bots configuration should be able to be set using PHP web form. You should also be able to start, stop and restart the Bot from this form. The Bot itself needs to connect to IRC, Telegram and Slack and join channels using details defined in the configuration. It should then relay the chat from IRC channels to the corresponding Telegram / Slack channels and vice versa. In order to connect to IRC the bot should extend jibble pirc bot framework. Finally users on IRC need to be able to authenticate (login) to the bot and stay logged in for 'x' amount of time. Also the project needs to contain comments to explain each part of the code.
