hotlink is not working thru cpanel, users are still able to steal my mp4 files, i need someone to make sure mp4 files are not accessible on any other sites except mine. Also is there anyway to block IDM to show download link of my mp4 file. Contact me with a plan

Hi, Hotlinking can be prevented. You can block resources like video files, images, CSS files, JS files etc. But if the user has scraped some content like text or links that cannot be removed because that are saved on their servers. Basically all the stuff that is currently on your site and other website is accessing it on every page load from your website, then that can be stopped only.
