HighStock Charts from mysql

I'm looking for some php coding done. I have a mysql database, that holds a item table sales figures and i want to create highstock chart from it.
Item table contains the following fields
item, Date, Average Price, Low Price, High Price
The table gets updated everyday.
So I want php script to read the ItemID from the url and in the page show a HighStock graph
example url [login to view URL]
With Date along the bottom and three series on the graph [Average Price,Low Price,High Price]
Something similar to this [login to view URL]
I can give you a backup copy of the database or else power up a digital ocean droplet with it running on it.
