I am looking for someone who is familiar with customer service. What I need is someone M-F and weekends optional to log in to my email in the morning and evening to respond and file emails. - Customers email looking for packages that might be 14-20 delivery times. The trick would be to help the customer through the situation but also make them feel good once the conversation is over. 10 hours a week - I need you to be well equipped if/when customer says they want a refund that your're able to handle them so they are happy and continue with the purchase.
