Get a Website Built

I have a wordpress website using listify theme, woocommerce suite, WC job suite. There are a few bug/limitations I'd like to fix. 1. the sliding photo in the listing page is not sliding on computer or mobile device. 2. The search action from home page should be one action, when user picks from the drop down, the search should start, no need to click the button any more. 3. I'd like the webpages to now expand or maybe shrink back, when users are picking the region from their home page. 4. I'd like the cart item to expire after sometime. There is a function built in by Woocommerce, but it doesnt seem to work. I know where the trigger is but I cannot find out why it is not working. Also, when the item in the cart expires, the calendar for the bookable product should be released as well. 5. I'd like the the cart items to be saved in database so that even when the same user logs in from different computer at the same time, they can see their same items in their card. 6. And if this all works, then I will create and reward a bigger project for some more major enhancement to the website.
