Hello, I am working on a Wordpress site, and there's a custom post that is called "Videos", where I can enter the title, upload a featured image as the thumbnail, add ratings, and a bunch of stuff. There's also a meta field for the embed Vimeo link. What I need, is someone to help me automatically scan the "video embed" field for each videos, and find the Vimeo thumbnail, and then display it at a specific place on the site (as background-image in some inline CSS). I have an App on Vimeo so I have access to the API library, and can provide the information for that. The goal of this request is to skip the "manually upload a thumbnail" part for each videos. With that code in place, as long as there's something in the "video embed" meta box for a video, it should display the thumbnail generated by Vimeo related to that video. I need this to be done today. Thanks a lot ---- EDIT : The videos are "domain restricted", so they cannot be accessed if anywhere other than our website.
