Dear freelancers, we have a backend API which is complete and everything is working well. It is a wallpaper app but now we want someone to make some changes to the backend. What we need is the ability to schedule images at whatever time we want it. Right now you can only schedule the dates but you can't schedule the time. We want to a developer to add a time for the schedule so when we have an image and want it to show at 1pm on the server it should show. All freelancers are welcome to bid Do not bid more than $50 Write I won't bid foolishly if you read this to the end

This sounds like a simple change if it is limited to the PHP backend. How do you currently interact with your API - through a web interface, command line, or something else? I understand you wish that I won't bid foolishly.
