I'm interested in your knowledge and would like to know which WP version are you using, is there any custom coding/functionalities (perhaps aside those plugins you were already turning off) and also if you have access to the server, that is, server's console/shell (usually accessed via SSH). I'm a responsible person with broad experience in WordPress development, earlier I was also working as system administrator so perhaps mix of my skills could be a good fit for this project.
