Fix our Authorize.net module

I have several payment modules that we use in our custom php e-commerce platform. However, I haven't use our [login to view URL] since the beginning. It looks like it needs some updating and polishing. - I already have all the required account values entered properly. - I already have the file [login to view URL] and the class module. to do: 1. Update the variables (names perhaps) so the value will get carried to the checkout. Right now, the total amount and other fields are not being populated. 2. - I want the checkout page to be as pretty as my First Data module. Thus,you can easily cut and paste the format from this file.
