Fix bbpress forum issue

I have a cultural website called DareToAks.com. People ask and answer questions using bbpress. I recently updated Wordpress, and some of the programming I had a programmer do in the past might not have made it through. In the bbpress forums, you can see a person's post, but you cannot see their user profile info. A previous programmer modified bbpress plugin to allow for the input and display of more demographic data about each user. For some reason, the plugin I think is not "getting" the user profile info from the database. There were also edits made to the user_edit php file to allow users to input more data in their profile page. I need someone to restore the user profile information at the bottom of bbpress forum postings, and also for it to show up in their user profile page. You will see area highlighted in red on attached photo where this info should appear, but also another photo showing how it looks right now., The plugin doesn't appear to be calling up "bbp-user-forum-role"> I believe this to be a simple hitch in the plugin that I can't recall how to fix.
