Finalize Stripe Connect Accounts Authentication - The OAuth connection flow

I need to complete Step 4 in the OAuth Connection flow. Our previous coder left everything in test mode and did not really understand or communicate well. I need someone who's previously worked with Stripe's Connect Api coding AND is able to work with me to make sure that stores that use our web platform can create a Stripe Connect Store properly so that we can setup payments correctly between our accounts.
