I would like a website like FileHippo but toned down heaps, it doesn't need to be super complicated, it just needs to allow me to add the content. I dont need someone creating some wordpress website or using plugins to build the site. Any quotes of $150AUD will be rejected, don't be greedy. It's more about the code than the actual site itself. Scenario: I do a search for the software to download for example lets say Chrome. The page displays Chrome content, the link to the download once clicked displays a different page then after x amount of time the download appears. The user can't hotlink to the download either, the download is restricted from hot linking (Meaning they can't see the actual download link). However, is it possible either using an API or something that allows me to place a certain php string so I can place that link into a download application to download? I use Ketarin [login to view URL] (Read the site) - I use it to allow users to download content from my server, but instead of linking directly to the file I wanted to link to it using a php link or something so they can download the file.
