Extend an existing WordPress template (Realty) with new functionality

Have an existing WordPress site that uses the Realty theme ([login to view URL]). Want to extend this theme to provide additional functionalty. Specifically the addition of a property sale tracking system.
Customers should be able to track the progress of their property sale. This will involve the addition of new tables to the database, creation of new pages and integrating these pages with the existing theme.
You will need extensive experience in the following:
1 - WordPress extensions
2 - UI design
3 - Analysing supplied requirements and producing work based on those use cases and detailed requirements
4 - Preferably experience with the realty WordPress theme and/or similar real estate work
A full specification will be supplied to bidders who demonstrate good experience in these areas.
Please do not respond with a template 'we are a code house...' type bid. I'll simply ignore it. I want people who read the jobspec properly and take the time to compose a reply that demonstrates to me why you should get the job.
