Desktop application to import Ebay messages from all ebay message folders, including member, cases, return requests etc, and store as SQL record. Application will use local token to login via API and retrieve messages at a predefined frequency. After a message response is created, the application will use the appropriate API Call and export message back to Ebay using the correct UserId and Token at a predefined frequency, in the same manner as they are downloaded. The idea is to bulk download and bulk upload messages to ensure all messages are tracked, read, prioritized, acted on, and responded to. Message Import Function: API Call GetMyMessages is queried with a DetailLevel of ReturnMessages every X minutes Message IDs are retrieved, and the Call is repeated until all messages have been retrieved for current time interval, Or Using a bulk download button New Message Updates will replace older messages (new message response) so that the message thread is intact. Once all messages have been retrieved, the application shall repeat the process using a different UserID & Token to retrieve all new messages for that new UserID. Message Export Function: Retrieved Messages are stored in a local SQL database along with the Datetime when message was received. A PHP page will serve as the gui to display a list of all inbound messages, and allow for the response to be made to the message using the appropriate API Call. Messages will be displayed in a sortable tabular format at top, and when a message is selected the full message is displayed. Buyer UserID, Recieve Date, Item Title, First line of message are shown. Messages can be assigned a priority and an owner from a list of owners and color coded to indicate owners and priority. Messages can be sorted via receipt age, priority, owner etc, archived, retrieved from archive etc. Messages are exported back to Ebay to the appropriate folder on predetermined intervals, using each UserID and token as before. You must use your own EbayID for test. Accepting bids from Developers for completed project only. Non-Developers are ignored Boilerplate responses are IGNORED. Prior experience with Ebay API required. Payment 15% on acceptance, 25% on working demo via desktop share, 25% on delivery working source for real world debugging, balance on project completion & final debugged source code.
