Developer phone system: App, softphone and database

Requirement profile for development resource at TeleOffice Teleoffice conducts sales of telecom solutions to companies and organizations. Most deliveries consist of adaptation and combination of our product portfolio. To make all this work, Teleoffice have to develop applications so that the total solution helps the customer to a higher level of service to their customers. Teleoffice has developed a structure with database, web server and REST api that can be accessed via apps and web interfaces. To this environment, we now want to find a resource to extend our development team with the following qualifications: Requirement: Good knowledge, be able to code and have references in techniques based on • PHP - Our web applications are built with this language, no actual framework is used today. • JavaScript - with the following technics o JQuery o Bootstrap o signalR o JSON o Google chart (or equivalent) • SQL (currently MSSQL) be familiar with the following terms o SQL Select with combinations of join o Stored procedures o Triggers o Security • IIS o The structure of Web applications based on IIS o Rights o Certificate o PHP on IIS • GIT o We intend to work through a GIT repository Preferences: To be able to put things in right context, it is desirable, but not necessary, with experience and knowledge within • On premises deliveries of system and installation script • Telephony and SIP (FreeSwitch, Swyx (a German PABX) and eventually Asterisk) • Record keeping, eventually through a PHP framework • Access rights for different users, we work with an access token today Extent We had in the past few years one person programming on this post. The estimated scope of the work is about 20-40 hours/week as a start. After some months, there is some uncertainty for our needs.
